Warranty Information
1. Introduction
These Product Warranty Terms apply to physical goods ("Goods") sold by Millen Homes Pty Ltd (“the Seller”) to the customer (“the Buyer”).
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use and correct installation during the applicable warranty period.
2. Definitions
- Goods: Physical products sold by Millen Homes Pty Ltd.
- Buyer: The original purchaser of the Goods.
- Warranty Period: The time from the date of purchase during which Millen Homes Pty Ltd will repair or replace Goods as outlined in these terms.
- Certified Installer: A licensed plumber, electrician, or other qualified professional authorised to install the Goods in accordance with Australian regulations.
3. Product Images and Descriptions
All images and photographs displayed on our website and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.
Actual product colours, finishes, and dimensions may vary due to photographic lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.
We recommend reviewing all written product descriptions and specifications carefully prior to purchase to ensure suitability.
4. Warranty Coverage
If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Millen Homes Pty Ltd will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item using new or refurbished components.
This warranty does not cover:
- Installation, labour, or delivery costs
- Consequential loss or damage
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or negligence

5. Warranty Periods
Unless otherwise stated under a specific promotional or extended warranty offer, the standard warranty periods are as follows. All warranties begin from the date of purchase.
5-Year Warranty Applies To:
- Sinks
- Laundry tubs
- Toilets
- Bathtubs
- Spouts
- Mixers
- Taps
- Shower screens
- Heated towel rails
- Vanities (plywood)
3-Year Warranty Applies To:
- Mirror cabinets
- Art basins
1-Year Warranty Applies To:
- Electrical appliances (including LED mirrors)
- Standard mirrors
- Moving parts in toilets and showers
- All other accessories (e.g. soap dishes, robe hooks, towel rings, and other miscellaneous items not otherwise listed)
- Califonts (excluding damage from frost or incorrect installation)
Note: Replacement products or parts will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original item.
6. Proof of Installation Requirement
For certain warranty claims, Millen Homes Pty Ltd may request proof of installation by a licensed or certified installer. Failure to provide this may result in the claim being denied.
7. Freight and Delivery Charges for Warranty Claims
The Buyer is responsible for all freight or delivery costs associated with returning products for warranty assessment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Millen Homes may cover return freight for approved warranty replacements at its sole discretion.
8. Returns and Exchange Policy
All sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The Buyer must obtain written authorisation from Millen Homes prior to returning any product.
- Claims must be lodged within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure goods are securely packaged.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
- Returns will only be considered for products listed on the Seller’s approved return list.
- Millen Homes will not be liable for damage to goods inspected and collected in-store at the time of pickup.
9. Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If an incorrect or damaged item is received, the Buyer must notify Millen Homes within 48 hours of delivery or collection, and prior to installation. Claims made after installation cannot be accepted.

10. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- Change of mind, incorrect product selection, or lower prices found elsewhere
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, tampering, unauthorised modification, or repair
- Products not installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
- Installations that do not comply with Australian Electrical, Gas, or Plumbing Regulations
- Operation of products outside the recommended domestic voltage and environmental conditions
- Commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Products with missing, altered, or defaced serial numbers
- Labour or installation costs, including service call-outs
- Any costs, damages, or injuries caused by improper or uncertified installation
All installations must be carried out by a certified plumber, electrician, or qualified installer.
Millen Homes accepts no liability for injury, damage, or costs arising from incorrect installation.
11. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, the Buyer must:
1. Notify Millen Homes of the issue as soon as reasonably possible
2. Provide a detailed description of the fault, along with supporting photos if available
3. Indicate the preferred resolution (repair, replacement, etc.)
4. Provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt, or bank statement)
If necessary, warranty claims may be referred to the original manufacturer for further assessment. This process may take up to 14 business days.
12. Force Majeure
Millen Homes is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations under this warranty caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, industrial disputes, or government restrictions.
