10. Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind

You can return items within 90 days if they are:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original and resalable condition
  • Not custom-made

Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds may be adjusted based on item condition.

Faulty Items

11. Returns Process

  1. Submit a Return & Exchange Form or contact customer support.
  2. Receive a Return Authorisation and shipping instructions.
  3. Returned goods will be inspected.
  4. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 28 days.

12. Extended Storage Policy

We offer free storage for 2 months. After that:

  • 3rd month: 5% of original order value
  • 4th to 6th month: 10% per month

After 6 months without payment, we may dispose of the items as permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Millen Homes is not liable for:
